摘要
目的 本研究基于Shek中国家庭功能量表修订为适用于戒毒群体的简版家庭功能量表,并检验其信效度.方法 采用中国家庭功能量表、家庭功能评定量表中文修订版、人际适应量表、孤独量表,对来自于四川省两个戒毒所的戒毒人员进行间隔两月的先后两次测试,第一轮回收有效问卷378份,第二轮回收有效问卷334份.结果 项目分析、探索性因素分析揭示了包含家人关系、沟通、冲突与和谐、父母控制四个维度的中国家庭功能量表15题版,验证性因素分析证实了量表具有良好的结构效度.进一步信效度分析显示量表具有良好的内在一致性信度、重测信度、聚合效度以及校标关联效度.性别、文化程度、婚恋状况在15题版量表得分上具有显著差异.结论 中国家庭功能量表15题版是测量戒毒人员家庭功能的简单有效的工具.
Abstract
Objective To revise the short version of Shek's Chinese Family Assessment Instrument and test its reliability and validity in drug rehabilitation group.Methods Using the Chinese Family Assessment Instrument,the Chinese Family Function Assessment Scale-revised,Interpersonal Adaptation Scale,and Loneliness Scale,two consecutive surveys with an interval of two months were conducted on drug addicts from two drug rehabilitation centers in Sichuan Province.In the first round,378 valid questionnaires were collected,and in the second round,334 valid questionnaires were collected.Results Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis revealed the 15 question version of the Chinese Family Assessment Instrument,which includes four dimensions:family relationship,communication,conflict and harmony,and parental control.Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the scale's good structural validity.Further reliability and validity analysis showed that the scale had good internal consistency reliability,retest reliability,convergent validity,and criterion-related validity.Conclusions The Chinese Family Assessment Instrument-15 is a simple and effective tool for measuring the family function of drug addicts.
