甲基苯丙胺男性成瘾者气质性格特征与使用行为的关系

摘要
目的 探讨甲基苯丙胺(MA)男性成瘾者的气质性格特征以及与MA使用行为、心理渴求感之间的关系.方法 采用方便抽样方法,以57例男性甲基苯丙胺成瘾者和65例男性正常人群为研究对象,采用144项气质性格量表中文修订版问卷(Temperament and Character Inventory Revised,TCI-R)、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)进行评估.采用Spearman相关分析了解气质性格特点与MA使用行为、心理渴求感之间的关系.结果 甲基苯丙胺成瘾者在气质性格的寻求新异性(NS)分数和奖赏依赖性(RD)分数均高于正常对照组[(64.05±7.77)vs(60.55±10.23),P=0.038]、[(66.75±6.96)vs(62.37±8.45),P=0.002];甲基苯丙胺成瘾者的坚持有恒性(P)分数低于正常对照组[(65.54±10.07)vs(69.61±8.95),P=0.021].坚持有恒性(P)与成瘾者的单次通常MA使用剂量存在负相关关系(r=-0.285,P＜0.05),自我超越性(ST)与成瘾者的心理渴求感存在负相关关系(r=-0.351,P＜0.01).结论 甲基苯丙胺成瘾者的心理渴求感与自我超越性(ST)程度有关,单次使用剂量与坚持有恒性(P)有关.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between temperament and character traits of male methamphetamine users and their use behavior,and psychological craving.Methods 57 male methamphetamine users and 65 normal male subjects are included.Temperament and Character Inventory Revised(TCI-R),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)are used to evaluate.Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between temperament and character and psychological craving.Results The scores of novelty seeking(NS)and reward dependence(RD)of methamphetamine users were higher than those of normal controls[(64.05±7.77)vs(60.55±10.23),P=0.038],[(66.75±6.96)vs(62.37±8.45),P=0.002].The persistence(P)score of methamphetamine users was lower than that of normal controls[(65.54±10.07)vs(69.61±8.95),P=0.021].There was a negative correlation between persistence(P)and the usual single dos(r=-0.285,P＜0.05).There was a negative correlation between self-transcendence(ST)and the psychological craving of users(r=-0.351,P＜0.01).Conclusion The psychological craving scores of methamphetamine users was related to the degree of self-transcendence(ST),and the single dose was related to persistence(P).
