摘要
侦查毒品犯罪过程中,查获犯罪嫌疑人藏匿的毒品至关重要.动物具有嗅觉灵敏的天然优势,使用动物搜索毒品是世界各国普遍采用的做法.本文通过检索文献,主要回顾介绍了我国警方使用警犬搜索毒品的现状,以及为适应毒品犯罪形势的变化,警犬搜毒技术的进展,并对人类使用猪、鼠、昆虫、獴等动物搜索毒品的历史和近期研究进行了述评,以期为我国警方搜索毒品技术的发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
In the process of drug crime investigation,seizing the drugs concealed by criminal suspects is paramount.Animals possess a natural advantage in their sense of smell,and it is a globally accepted practice to utilize animals for drug searches.Through literature review,this paper primarily focuses on the current status of Chinese police employing police dogs to search for drugs,as well as the significant advancements in police dog drug search technology to adapt to the evolving drug crime landscape.Additionally,it reviews the historical and recent research progress of humans employing animals such as pigs,rats,insects,and mongooses for drug searches,aiming to provide a reference for the development of police drug search technology in China.
