针刺治疗酒精依赖及酒精戒断综合征的研究进展

摘要
酒精依赖是一种由持续过量饮酒导致的强烈渴求酒精的特殊状态,酒精戒断期会出现精神、躯体及社会方面的损害,严重威胁患者的生命健康、经济发展和社会安全.现有的治疗手段大多以药物治疗为主,但预后效果不佳,毒副作用大,长期复饮率高.寻求有效而安全的治疗方法,是医务人员、患者和科研工作者共同的期盼.针刺以其简便廉验及安全性高的特点,在治疗酒精依赖及酒精戒断综合征方面展现出优势和潜力.本研究结合中医对酒精相关疾病的认识,以及针刺对酒精依赖及酒精戒断综合征的临床与机制研究,探讨针刺对其治疗的实用性及原理,为后续研究提供参考,以期促进针刺及联合治疗在临床中的应用,解决患者的痛苦.
Abstract
Alcohol dependence is a special state of intense craving for alcohol caused by continuous excessive drinking.After abstaining from alcohol,patients may experience mental,physical,and social damage that poses a serious threat to their life,health,economic development,and social security.Most of the current treatment methods involve drug therapy,however,the prognosis effect is unsatisfactory due to toxic side effects and a high long-term relapse rate.Seeking effective and safe treatment is the common expectation of medical staff,patients and researchers.Acupuncture and moxibustion shows advantages and potential in the treatment of alcohol dependence and alcohol withdrawal syndrome due to its characteristics of simplicity,simplicity and high safety.This study combines traditional Chinese medicine's understanding of alcohol-related diseases with clinical and mechanistic studies of acupuncture for alcohol dependence and alcohol withdrawal syndrome,aiming to explore the practicality and principles of acupuncture as a treatment.The results of this research can serve as a reference for future studies,promoting the use of acupuncture and combination therapy in clinical applications to alleviate the pain of patients.
