C57BL/6小鼠酒精饮用偏好浓度及其对应的人体饮酒程度分析

摘要
目的 探索C57BL/6小鼠酒精饮用偏好浓度及其对应人体饮酒的程度.方法 将18只小鼠分为5组(n=3-4),分别为对照组、3%酒精组、5%酒精组、8%酒精组和10%酒精组,采用双瓶选择的方式(一瓶饮用水,一瓶相应浓度的酒精)测试小鼠对不同浓度酒精的偏好,计算小鼠对不同浓度酒精的偏好率和小鼠在不同浓度酒精下的纯酒精饮用量,并根据换算系数,确定对应的人的酒精饮用量及饮酒程度.结果 各组小鼠的液体饮用总体积无显著差异(P>0.05);小鼠对3%、5%和8%浓度的酒精显示出不同程度的偏好:5%酒精组>8%酒精组>3%酒精组(P<0.05),小鼠对5%浓度的酒精偏好率最高,该酒精浓度下对水的饮用量极低;纯酒精饮用量显示8%酒精浓度组>5%酒精浓度组>3%酒精浓度组>10%酒精浓度组(P<0.05).根据不同浓度酒精组小鼠的酒精饮用量,参考对人的轻度、中度和重度饮酒的界定,得出10%酒精组小鼠属于轻度饮酒,3%酒精组小鼠属于中度饮酒,5%酒精组和8%酒精组属于重度饮酒.结论 小鼠对5%浓度的酒精偏好率最高;8%浓度的酒精既可以使小鼠产生较高的偏好率,又可保证小鼠摄入较高的酒精饮用量.由此推论,在小鼠酒精偏好实验中,10%的酒精浓度适合造轻度饮酒模型,3%的酒精浓度适合造中度饮酒模型,5%和8%的酒精浓度适合造重度饮酒模型.
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of different concentrations of alcohol on drinking preference in C57BL/6 mice and explore the corresponding drinking degree.Methods 18 mice were divided into 5 groups(n=3-4):control group,3%alcohol group,5%alcohol group,8%alcohol group,and 10%alcohol group.The mice's preference for different alcohol concentrations was tested using a two-bottle selection method(one bottle of drinking water and one bottle of corresponding concentration of alcohol).The preference rate of mice for different alcohol concentrations and the amount of pure alcohol intake by mice under each concentration were calculated.The corresponding amount and degree of alcohol consumed by humans were determined using a conversion coefficient.Results There was no significant difference in the total drinking volume of mice in each group(P>0.05).The mice showed different degrees of preference for 3%,5%,and 8%alcohol concentrations:5%alcohol group>8%alcohol group>3%alcohol group(P<0.05).The mice liked 5%alcohol the most and drank very little water with this concentration.In terms of pure alcohol consumption,the 8%alcohol group consumed more than the 5%,3%,and 10%alcohol groups.Based on the mice's alcohol consumption and human drinking categories,we classify the mice in the 10%alcohol group as light drinkers,the mice in the 3%alcohol group as moderate drinkers,and the mice in the 5%and 8%alcohol groups as heavy drinkers.Conclusion The mice preferred 5%alcohol the most.The 8%alcohol concentration not only had a higher preference rate in mice but also allowed them to consume a higher amount of alcohol.In the alcohol preference experiment with mice,,10%alcohol concentration is suitable for light drinking,3%alcohol concentration for moderate drinking,and 5%and 8%alcohol concentrations for heavy drinking.
