知信行健康教育模式提升戒毒人员健康素养水平效果研究

摘要
目的 探讨知信行健康教育模式对强制隔离戒毒所(以下简称"戒毒所")内戒毒人员健康素养的提升效果.方法 分四批次选取北京市某两所戒毒所215名戒毒人员随机分为干预组(n=107)和对照组(n=108),对照组受试者接受戒毒所常规戒治教育,干预组受试者除接受戒毒场所常规的戒治教育外,还接受为期6周、每周2次累计12次的知信行健康教育.比较两组健康素养总得分、健康基本知识和理念得分、健康生活方式与行为得分、基本健康技能得分(以下简称"四项评价指标")干预前后组内及组间差异.结果 (1)两组受试者人口学资料、涉毒资料和健康素养水平干预前测试结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)干预后干预组受试者健康素养四项评价指标显著优于干预前(P<0.01),干预后对照组受试者四项评价指标较干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后干预组受试者四项评价指标均优于对照组(P<0.01);(3)不同时点两组受试者四项评价指标随时间的变化趋势差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);时间*分组交互作用差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);(4)干预组四项评价指标在干预后较干预前有显著提高,且干预结束后6个月时与干预后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组四项评价指标在三个测评时点差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预组四项评价指标在干预后和干预结束6个月时均显著优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 运用课堂化教学、自学健康教育读本、观看健康教育视频等形式对戒毒人员进行知信行健康教育,可以提高戒毒人员健康素养水平.
Abstract
Objective Exploring the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice health education intervention on the health literacy of drug rehabilitation personnel in compulsory isolated drug rehabilitation centers.Methods 215 rehabilitation personnel from two compulsory isolated drug rehabilitation centers in Beijing were randomly divided into intervention group(n=107)and control group(n=108)in four batches.The control group subjects received routine detoxification education in compulsory detoxification centers.In addition to the routine detoxification education,the intervention group subjects also received a total of 12 knowledge-attitude-practice health education sessions twice a week for a period of 6 weeks.The total score of health literacy,the score of basic health knowledge and concept,the score of healthy lifestyle and behavior,and the score of basic health skills were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups in demographic data,drug-related data and pre-intervention test results(P>0.05).(2)After intervention,the four evaluation indexes of subjects in the intervention group were significantly better than those before intervention(P<0.01).After the intervention,the four evaluation indexes of the subjects in the control group had no significant difference compared with those before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the four evaluation indexes of the subjects in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).(3)At different time points,there was significant difference in the change trend of four evaluation indicators between the two groups(P<0.01).The difference of time*group interaction was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)The four evaluation indexes in the intervention group were significantly improved after the intervention compared with those before the intervention,and there was no statistically significant difference between the six months after the intervention and those after the intervention(P>0.05).The four evaluation indexes in the control group had no statistically significant difference at the three evaluation time points(P>0.05).The four evaluation indexes in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group after the intervention and six months after the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Implementing KAP health education for rehabilitation personnel through classroom teaching,self-study health education books,and watching health education videos and other forms to carry out knowledge-attitude-practice health education for rehabilitation personnel can improve their health literacy level.
