加巴喷丁类药物成瘾2例

摘要
加巴喷丁类药物为γ氨基丁酸结构类似物,早期作为癫痫发作的辅助治疗药物,目前主要用于各类疼痛的治疗.本文报道两例加巴喷丁胶囊滥用导致成瘾的病例.加巴喷丁类药物滥用与依赖风险增加,建议加强加巴喷丁类药物依赖和滥用监测,对其潜在滥用风险开展评估.
Abstract
Gabapentin,a structural analog of γ-aminobutyric acid,was initially used as an adjunctive treatment for seizures and is currently primarily used for the treatment of various pain conditions.This study reports two cases of gabapentin capsule abuse resulting in addiction.The risk of gabapentin abuse and dependency is increasing,and it is recommended to strengthen monitoring for gabapentin dependency and misuse,as well as to assess the potential risk of gabapentin abuse.
