苯乙胺类药物所致肾脏损害的相关研究进展

摘要
苯乙胺类药物是一类被广泛滥用的药物,包括甲基苯丙胺、3,4-亚甲二氧基甲基苯丙胺和合成卡西酮等.苯乙胺类药物对肾脏的损害主要包括横纹肌溶解诱导的急性肾损伤和并发症低钠血症,这两种症状可导致致命性后果.苯乙胺类药物可能通过氧化应激和自噬,对肾脏产生直接损害.坏死性血管炎、累及肾脏的假性血管炎和移植肾丢失(无功能)或功能受损也与苯乙胺类药物相关.本文对苯乙胺类药物和肾脏毒性损害的相关文献进行总结,旨在为探索苯乙胺类药物肾毒性的相关机制和及时诊断/鉴别苯乙胺类药物中毒提供参考.
Abstract
Phenylethylamines constitute a widely abused class of drugs,encompassing methamphetamine,3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine(MDMA),and synthetic cathinone.Kidney damage induced by phenylethylamines primarily encompasses rhabdomyolysis-induced acute kidney injury and the complication of hyponatremia,both of which can lead to fatal outcomes.Phenylethylamines may cause direct renal damage through oxidative stress and autophagy.Necrotizing vasculitis and pseudo vasculitis involving the kidney,and renal graft loss or impaired function are also associated with phenethylamines.This article summarizes the literature on phenylethylamines and renal toxicity,aiming to provide a reference for exploring the mechanisms related to phenylethylamine nephrotoxicity and facilitating the timely diagnosis and identification of phenylethylamine poisoning.
