近十年甲基苯丙胺滥用者运动干预疗法的可视化分析

摘要
目的 探析近十年甲基苯丙胺滥用者运动干预的研究思路与趋势,分析该领域的研究热点与演进脉络,为未来研究方向提供思路与依据.方法 以Web of Science核心合集收录的运动与甲基苯丙胺依赖相关的研究文献为研究对象,运用Citespace-6.2.R2版本的可视化软件对近十年该研究领域的国家/地区、高产机构和作者、高频共现关键词、高频共被引文献等进行可视化分析,总结该领域近十年的研究热点.结果 近十年运动应用于甲基苯丙胺依赖的相关研究数量呈上升趋势,且研究主题越来越细化、深入,近年来中国在该研究领域取得了诸多可观的研究成果.结论 该领域研究主要集中在不同运动干预对甲基苯丙胺滥用者的影响,但运动干预的最佳形式和影响机制暂不明确,故未来研究可围绕探寻最佳的精准运动干预形式与运动对甲基苯丙胺依赖个体的影响机制等内容发展.
Abstract
Objective To explore the research ideas and trends of individual exercise intervention therapy for methamphetamine use in the past decade,and analyze the research hotspots and evolution of this field,and provide ideas and basis for future research directions.Methods Research literature related to exercise and methamphetamine dependence,indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection,was selected as the subject of study.Visual analysis was conducted on the countries/regions,high-productivity institutions and authors,high-frequency co-occurring keywords,and high-frequency co-cited references in this research field over the past decade using the visualization software CiteSpace-6.2.R2.The research hotspots in this field over the past decade were summarized.Results In the past ten years,the research on the application of exercise to methamphetamine-dependent individuals has been increasing,and the research topic has become more and more detailed and in-depth.In recent years,China has achieved many remarkable research results in this field.Conclusion Research in this field mainly focuses on the effects of different exercise interventions on methamphetamine dependent individuals,but the optimal form and mechanism of exercise intervention remain unclear.Therefore,future research should focus on exploring the optimal form of precision exercise intervention and the mechanism of exercise's impact on methamphetamine dependent individuals.
