摘要
目的 探讨男性戒毒人员社会支持和主观幸福感与复吸倾向的关系.方法 采用社会支持评定量表、生活满意度量表、正性负性情绪量表、复吸倾向性调查表对572名男性戒毒人员进行调查.结果 (I)复吸倾向与客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分均存在显著相关性;复吸倾向与负性情绪存在显著相关性,但与生活满意度、正性情绪不存在相关性.(2)社会支持总分与负性情绪可以显著预测复吸倾向;负性情绪在客观支持与复吸倾向之间起到部分中介作用.结论 社会支持与负性情绪可以显著影响男性戒毒人员的复吸倾向,其中客观支持可以通过负性情绪的部分中介作用影响复吸倾向.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between social support,subjective well-being and relapse propensity among male drug addicts.Methods A survey was conducted among 572 male drug rehabilitants using the Social Support Rating Scale,Life Satisfaction Scale,Positive and Negative Emotion Scale,and Relapse Tendency Questionnaire.Results There were significant correlations between relapse propensity and objective support,subjective support,support utilization,and total social support score;relapse propensity was significantly correlated with negative emotions,but not with life satisfaction and positive emotions.Furthermore,total social support score and negative emotion significantly predicted relapse tendency;negative emotion partially mediate the relationship between objective support and relapse tendency.Conclusion Social support and negative emotions significantly affect the relapse tendency of male drug addicts,in which objective support can affect the relapse tendencies through the partial mediation of negative emotions.
