精神专科医院二类精神药品使用情况分析

摘要
目的 分析2021年7月至2023年6月上海某精神专科医院心理咨询门诊二类精神药品使用情况,了解二类精神药品总体用药情况以及用药趋势,促进并加强该类药物的合理应用和严格管理.方法 从医院信息系统HIS提取该院心理咨询门诊2022年7月1日至2023年6月30日的10种二类精神药品用药总数,计算用药频度DDDs,同时提取该类药物的用药总数,计算前后12个月药品消耗比值.结果 2022年7月1日至2023年6月30日二类精神药品中用药频度位列前五位的是酒石酸唑吡坦片、佐匹克隆片、奥沙西泮片、右佐匹克隆片、氯硝西泮片,二类精神药品用药总数同比均有显著增加,消耗比值最大的为奥沙西泮片.结论 该院心理咨询门诊病人使用的二类精神药品以新型非苯二氮类药物为主,苯二氮类药物的用药量显著增加,有必要加强对二类精神药品使用规范性的全过程管理.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the use of class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in outpatient department of our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023,understand the use of psychotropic drugs in general and the situation and trends of the use of the drugs,so as to promote the rational clinical use and strengthen strict management of the drugs.Methods The total quantity of ten types of second-class psychotropic drugs dispensed at the psychological counseling outpatient clinic of the hospital were extracted from July 1 st,2022,to June 30th,2023,from the Hospital Information System(HIS).The Defined Daily Doses(DDDs)for these drugs were calculated.Additionally,the total quantity of these drugs dispensed over the preceding and subsequent 12-month periods were collected to calculate the drug consumption ratio between these two periods.Results according to the results,rank the DDDs during the period from July 2022 to June 2023,the top five drugs were zolpidem tartrate tablets,zopiclone tablets,oxazepam tables,dexzopiclone tablets and clonazepam tablets.The utilization total count of class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs increased significantly compared with a year earlier.The biggest ratio of the drugs consumption is oxazepam tablets.Conclusion Non-benzodiazepines are mainly used in psychological outpatient department of our hospital,but there has been a significant increase in the usage amount of benzodiazepines.It's necessary to strengthen the whole process management in standardized use of class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs.
