摘要
长期以来,就业难始终是困扰戒毒人员回归社会的首要难题.由此,针对戒毒康复人员的就业帮扶工作成为禁毒社会工作的重点服务内容.研究基于循证社会工作实践模式,以戒毒康复人员小X为例,运用个案工作方法,多角度深层次剖析其问题及困境.在干预模式的视框下,制定并实施干预计划,促进案主改变,解决其就业问题.此案通过对干预模式科学性验证及可行性反馈,以期探索破解戒毒康复人员再就业困境的可行路径.
Abstract
For a long time,difficulty in finding employment has always been the primary challenge for drug rehabilitants in returning to society.Consequently,the employment assistance work for drug rehabilitation personnel has become the key service content of anti-drug social work.Based on the practice model of evidence-based social work,taking drug rehabilitation patient Xiao X as an example,and uses the case work method to analyze his problems and difficulties from multiple perspectives.Under the framework of the intervention model,an intervention plan is formulated and implemented to facilitate change in the client and address their employment issues.This case aims to explore feasible paths to overcome the employment dilemma faced by drug rehabilitants through scientific validation and feasibility feedback of the intervention model.
