摘要
"枫桥经验"的诞生和发展是我国社会化治理的优秀经验.近年来开展的禁毒人民战争取得的重大成绩,很多也是"枫桥经验"的体现.然而,随着互联网技术的发展,互联网技术正在推动社会从"信息化"向"智能化"转变,"枫桥经验"在应对网络毒品犯罪方面也面临着诸多问题与挑战.新时期,助推网络毒品犯罪治理,"枫桥经验"需要与时俱进,需要积极探索以党建为引领力阻毒品在网上流行,以人民为中心构建"三大治理"体系,以法治为依托严打网络毒品犯罪.展望"枫桥经验"的未来,它将以科技为支撑,助推网络毒品犯罪治理.
Abstract
The emergence and development of the"Fengqiao Experience"represent an exemplary approach to social governance.The significant achievements in the People's War on Drugs launched in recent years have also been a manifestation of the"Fengqiao Experience"in many working methods.However,with the advancement of Internet technology,which is driving society's transition from"informatization"to"intelligence,"the"Fengqiao Experience"faces numerous issues and challenges in addressing cyber drug crimes.In the new era,to boost the governance of cyber drug crimes,the"Fengqiao Experience"needs to keep pace with the times.It necessitates actively exploring ways to use party building as a driving force to prevent drugs from spreading online,building a"three-pillar governance"system centered on the people,and relying on the rule of law to severely crack down on cyber drug crimes.Looking ahead to the future of the"Fengqiao Experience,"it will be supported by technology to enhance the governance of cyber drug crimes.
