轻度尼古丁依赖男性大学生群体的强迫性特征研究
A study on the compulsive characteristics of male college students with mild nicotine dependence

摘要
目的 强迫性是吸烟成瘾的行为特征表现之一,且可能是轻度尼古丁依赖的年轻个体形成吸烟成瘾的前驱性因素.本研究采用实验法,分析男性大学生群体中轻度尼古丁依赖者的强迫性认知表现及特征,探究其发展为吸烟成瘾的风险因素.方法 招募98名在校男性大学生,采用尼古丁依赖评估量表(FTND)将其分为两组,使用停止信号任务(SST)、内外维度切换任务(IEDT)、概率性反转学习任务(PRLT)和价值调节的注意捕获任务(VMAC)测量反应抑制、认知灵活性和注意偏向特点,进而反映个体的强迫性特征.结果 轻度尼古丁依赖的男性大学生在价值调节的注意捕获任务中得分更高,在停止信号任务中表现出停止信号反应时增加的趋势,在内外维度切换任务和概率性反转学习任务中表现与非吸烟个体一致.结论 轻度尼古丁依赖的男性大学生已初步表现出强迫性特征,具体表现为受损的反应抑制能力和与奖赏相关的注意偏向,但其认知灵活性水平较一般个体无异,说明其强迫性尚未发展至较严重程度.
Abstract
Objective Compulsivity is one of the behavioral characteristics of smoking addiction and may serve as a precursor factor in the development of smoking addiction among young individuals with mild nicotine dependence.This study employs experimental methods to analyze the compulsive cognitive behaviors and characteristics among a group of male college students with mild nicotine dependence,aiming to explore the risk factors for the progression into smoking addiction.Methods A total of 98 male college students were recruited and divided into two groups based on their scores on the Fagerström Test for Nicotine Dependence(FTND).The Stop Signal Task(SST),Intra-Extra Dimensional Set Shift(IEDT),Probabilistic Reversal Learning Task(PRLT),and Value-modulated Attention Capture(VMAC)task were administered to measure response inhibition,cognitive flexibility,and attentional bias,thereby reflecting their compulsive characteristics.Results Male college students with mild nicotine dependence scored higher on the VMAC(Visual Motor Abilities Composite)and showed an increased trend in stop-signal reaction times in the SST(Stop Signal Task).Their performance in the IEDT(Impulse-Driven Escape Task)and PRLT(Probabilistic Reversal Learning Task)was consistent with non-smoking individuals.Conclusion Male college students with mild nicotine dependence have preliminarily exhibited characteristics of compulsivity,specifically manifested in impaired response inhibition and an attentional bias towards reward-related stimuli.However,their level of cognitive flexibility remains similar to that of the general population,suggesting that their compulsivity has not yet developed to a more severe degree.
