摘要
目的 探究比克替拉韦(Bictegravir,BIC)对人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)感染者精神疾病和多模态脑影像学的影响.方法 招募接受基于BIC治疗方案和基于依非韦伦(Efavirenz,EFV)治疗方案的男男性行为人群HIV感染者,比较两组的临床指标、精神障碍评估和多模态磁共振(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)数据并进行相关分析.结果 与EFV组HIV感染者相比,BIC组在右侧顶上回等脑区的灰质体积更小,在右侧枕下回的低频振幅值升高,在左侧颞下回等脑区的局部一致性值升高.右侧楔前叶等多个脑区的MRI指标与年龄、HIV诊断时长等呈负相关.结论 与EFV组相比,BIC组脑结构和功能发生了显著的改变,这些研究结果将为BIC对HIV感染者神经精神影响的研究提供依据.
Abstract
Objective The effects of bictegravir(BIC)on mental illness and the brain in people with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)were investigated.Methods HIV-infected men who have sex with men were recruited to receive BIC and Efavirenz(EFV)-based treatment regimens.Clinical indicators,psychiatric disorder assessment results,and multimodal magnetic resonance data were compared between the two groups and analyzed.Results Compared with EFV group,BIC group had smaller gray matter volume in the right parietal gyrus,higher amplitude of low frequency fluctuation in the right suboccipital gyrus,and higher regional homogeneity in the left inferior temporal gyrus The MRI indexes of the right anterior cuneus and other brain regions were negatively correlated with age and HIV diagnosis time.Conclusion Compared with EFV group,the brain structure and function of BIC group were significantly changed.These results will provide a basis for studying the neuropsychiatric effects of BIC on HIV-infected patients.
