某三甲综合医院门诊Z类药物处方分析

摘要
目的 分析某三甲综合医院门诊处方中Z类药物使用情况,以揭示非苯二氮类药物使用规律.方法 收集并系统分析该院2019-2021年Z类药物(唑吡坦、佐匹克隆、右佐匹克隆)门诊处方,分析处方数、就诊人数、处方剂量、人均处方数,人均使用剂量及人均处方特征的变化情况.结果 三年内,Z类药物的处方总数增长67.64％,人均剂量由32.11 mg上升到37.15 mg.结论 Z类药物处方数量呈逐年增长趋势,其中,佐匹克隆药物处方最多,三种药物女性使用者均多于男性.中老年人群在Z类药物的患者群体中占有较高比重,同时长期使用导致依赖、发生不良反应的风险也较高,加强健康教育和用药管理尤为重要.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the use of Z-drugs in outpatient prescriptions of a third-class general hospital to reveal the usage patterns of non benzodiazepine drugs.Methods The outpatient prescriptions of Z-drugs(zolpidem,zopiclone,eszopiclone)in the hospital from 2019 to 2021 were collected,and the data of prescription number,number of patients,prescription dose,per capita prescription,per capita dose and per capita characteristics of prescription were analyzed.Results the total number of prescriptions increased by 67.64％in three years,and the per capita dose increased from 32.11 mg to 37.15 mg.Conclusion There is an increasing trend in the number of prescriptions for Z-drugs,among which zopiclone is the most,and the number of female users of each drug is larger than that of men.The middle-aged and elderly people account for a high proportion in the group of patients with Z-drugs,and the risk of long-term use,dependence and adverse reactions is also higher,so the education and drug use management of this group should be strengthened.
