摘要
1例64岁女性患者，因高血压给予吲达帕胺缓释片（2.5 mg，qd）降压，用药3周后，患者出现口渴、多尿、消瘦、体质量下降5 kg，血糖13.4 mmol· L-1，尿糖（++++）。停药3 d后，患者血糖、尿糖恢复正常，口渴、多尿症状消失。
Abstract
One 64-year-old female patient with hypertension was given indapamide sustained-release tablets 2.5 mg once a day. Three weeks later, the patient developed thirst, polyuria, marasmus. The weight decreased 5 kg. Her blood glucose was 13.4 mmol· L-1, and the urine sugar showed (++++). The drug was stopped. Three days later, her blood glucose and urine sugar returned to normal, the symptoms of thirst and polyuria disappeared.
