摘要
基于新形势下高校信息化工作面临的挑战,从信息化建设项目立项基础、管理制度、协作模式等方面对高校信息化工作的总体原则进行分析,并结合业务、技术、网络安全、时间、人员等方面分析高校信息化建设项目的实施条件,同时阐述信息化建设项目在设计开发、实施执行、技术服务、安装测试、文档及项目验收的技术体系规范,为高校信息化建设项目管理与技术管理工作提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the challenges of university informatization under the new situation,we ana-lyze the general principles of university informatization from the basis of project establishment,management system,and collaboration mode of informatization construction projects,and ana-lyze the implementation conditions of university informatization construction projects in the as-pects of business,technology,network security,time,and personnel,etc.At the same time,we elaborate the technical system specifications of informatization construction projects in the ar-eas of design,development,implementation,technical service,installation,testing,documen-tation,and project acceptance,which provide reference for the management and technical man-agement of university informatization construction projects.At the same time,it describes the technical system specification of informatization construction project in design and development,implementation and execution,technical service,installation,testing,documentation and pro-ject acceptance,and provides reference for the management of informatization construction pro-ject and technical management of universities.
