摘要
教育数字化转型背景下,高校学生数字化服务体验是重要的场景之一.以西安欧亚学院为例,基于"以学生为中心"思路,研究面向新时代大学生,如何更好地用信息化、数字化支持和驱动学生工作,促进学生发展.在具体实践中,西安欧亚学院紧紧围绕"以学生为中心"的理念,努力实现从招生、迎新、学生管理、第二课堂、实习实训、创新创业、就业离校到校友管理的全生命周期场景化服务,为学生学习和生活提供一体化的综合服务,同时结合学校一站式服务大厅和大数据分析平台,为学生发展与成长提供全方位、全流程的综合服务.
Abstract
Under the background of digital transformation of education,the digital service expe-rience of college students is one of the most important scenarios.Taking Xi'an Eurasian College as an example,based on the idea of"student-centeredness",we study how to better support and drive student work with informationization and digitization for the development of students in the new era.In specific practice,closely focusing on the concept of"student-centeredness",Eurasian College strives to realize the whole life cycle scenario service from enrollment,orienta-tion,student management,second classroom,internship and training,innovation and entrepre-neurship,employment and departure,to alumni management,and to provide integrated and comprehensive services for students'study and life,and at the same time,combining the school's The one-stop service hall and big data analysis platform provide all-round,whole-process comprehensive services for students'development and growth.
