摘要
作为RCEP的成员国,中国以其全面生效为契机和起点,建立高标准的数据跨境流动新规则适应未来全球数据规制的趋势,提供数据治理的中国方案,推动建设人类"数据共同体".
Abstract
As a member of RCEP,China takes its full entry into force as an opportunity and a starting point to establish new high-standard rules on cross-border flow of data to adapt to the fu-ture trend of global data regulation,to provide China's program on data governance,and to pro-mote the construction of a"data community"for humanity.
