Research on the Construction of Intelligent Trade Union Service Platform in Universities under the New Normal of"Internet Plus"
In recent years,along with the rapid development of information technology under the new normal of"Internet Plus",college and university staff have put forward new requirements on the content and form of trade union services,and the construction of smart trade unions has become one of the main ways of innovation in college and university trade union work.It is be-lieved that the construction of intelligent trade union in colleges and universities can help to strengthen the construction of trade union organization,help to promote the democratic partici-pation and supervision of teaching staff,and help the trade union to better serve the teaching staff.Based on the actual needs of university trade unions in the new era,we design a frame-work for the construction of a service platform for university smart trade unions under the new normal of"Internet+",with a view to better promoting the development of university trade u-nions by utilizing information technology.
