摘要
互联网和信息技术的发展使直播和短视频等日渐盛行,其中存在大量的不良视频会对青少年的身心健康造成严重的负面影响.加强对不良网络视频的监测监管已成为当务之急.经过长期不断研究,国内外针对数字不良视频的识别算法已经取得一定效果,随着神经网络等新技术的应用,未来对不良视频的监管将会越来越智能和高效.
Abstract
The development of the Internet and information technology has made live broadcast-ing and short videos,etc.increasingly prevalent,in which there are a large number of undesir-able videos that can have a serious negative impact on the physical and mental health of young people.It has become imperative to strengthen the monitoring and supervision of undesirable online videos.After a long period of continuous research,domestic and foreign recognition algo-rithms for digital objectionable videos have achieved certain results,and with the application of new technologies such as neural networks,the supervision of objectionable videos will become more and more intelligent and efficient in the future.
