摘要
有丝分裂是真核细胞增殖的重要环节.内体分选转运复合体是与膜剪切过程密切相关的多蛋白复合体,其功能涉及内体成熟、病毒出芽、自噬等过程,其结构和功能异常与癌症等疾病发生发展密切相关.本文总结了内体分选转运复合体在细胞有丝分裂不同阶段所发挥的作用,以及内体分选转运复合体调控有丝分裂作用在疾病方面的研究进展.
Abstract
Mitosis is a key step of eukaryote proliferation.Endosomal sorting complex required for trans-port,a protein complex closely associated with membrane shearing,is involved in endosome maturation,virus budding,and autophagy.The structural and functional abnormalities of the complex are associated with the occur-rence and progression of cancer and other diseases.In this paper,we summarized the roles of the endosomal sor-ting complex required for transport in different stages of mitosis and reviewed the studies about the role of the com-plex in regulating mitosis in diseases.
