摘要

霍奇金淋巴瘤治疗后发生的外周T细胞淋巴瘤患者1例,其颈部淋巴结活检确诊为经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤,典型的Reed-Sternberg细胞表达CD30和B细胞特异性激活蛋白.治疗后2年患者疾病进展,再次行淋巴活检确诊为外周T细胞淋巴瘤(非特指型),表达CD3、CD4和CD8.患者2023年11月正在接受化疗中.

Abstract

This article reports a patient with peripheral T cell lymphoma following treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma.The biopsy of cervical lymph node initially confirmed classic Hodgkin lymphoma,with Reed-Sternberg cells expressing CD30 and B cell-specific activator.After 2 years,the disease progressed and the patient was di-agnosed with peripheral T-cell lymphoma(non-specific type)by lymph node biopsy,with the expression of CD3,CD4,and CD8.The patient was undergoing chemotherapy in November 2023.
