Remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema(RS3PE)syndrome is a rare seronegative synovial inflammatory disease in which fever is a rare symptom.There are few case reports of RS3PE syndrome with fever as the first clinical manifestation in China.In this paper,we report a case of RS3PE syn-drome with fever as the first symptom and diagnosed by systematic fever investigation.
