Intestinal microbiota dysbiosis has been demonstrated to be closely associated with the onset of various systemic diseases.Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),as a new treatment mode emerging in recent years,has achieved favorable clinical outcomes by improving the composition of the recipient's intestinal microbiota,thereby showing significant therapeutic potential.In FMT has been recommended by guidelines for recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection,and it also be applied to many clinical studies for other diseases.Several countries and regions have published guidelines or expert consensus to standardize the application of FMT in clinical practice and research.This review will discuss the clinical applicable standards of FMT and provide insights into future prospects.
