Coronary bifurcation lesions account for about 15%-20%of all cases of coronary intervention,and the choice of intervention strategy is still controversial.As a new device in the field of interventional treatment of coronary heart disease,drug-coated balloons have been gradually applied in the interventional treatment of bifurcation lesions,which plays a role in simplifying the operation procedure and protecting branch vessels.This article reviews the latest evidence on the efficacy and safety of drug-coated balloons in the interventional treatment of bifurcation lesions.
