摘要
runt相关转录因子 1(runt-related transcription factor 1,RUNX1)是一种转录因子,它广泛地参与到生物体细胞的增殖,分化等过程中,既往对它的研究主要集中在造血、肿瘤等方面.近年来,人们越来越关注它在心血管发育和心血管疾病中的潜在作用.本文将回顾近年来在心血管领域对RUNX1 的研究,探讨它可能的作用机制,为今后的研究提供线索.
Abstract
Runt-related transcription factor 1(RUNX1)is a transcription factor which is widely involved in the cell proliferation and differentiation in living organisms.Previous studies have mainly focused RUNX1 on hematopoiesis and tumors.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to its potential role in cardiovascular development and cardiovascular diseases.In this paper,we will review the recent researches on RUNX1 in the cardiovascular diseases field and explore its possible mechanisms,in order to provide clues for future research.
