摘要
免疫系统通常被分为先天免疫系统和适应性免疫系统.最近的研究表明,与以前认为只有适应性免疫存在免疫记忆的观点相反,先天免疫系统也有先天免疫记忆,称为"训练免疫".先天免疫细胞的骨髓祖细胞和外周成熟细胞可以受到各种内源性或外源性刺激,引发持续的、主要由表观遗传学介导的变化,从而增加先天免疫系统对再刺激的反应.中性粒细胞是先天免疫系统的重要组成部分,可以被诱导出训练免疫特性,并在组织平衡、再生和慢性炎症中发挥复杂作用.本文回顾了中性粒细胞产生中枢和外周先天免疫记忆的机制,以及它们在多种疾病中的特点和作用.
Abstract
The immune system is usually divided into the innate immune system and the adaptive immune system.Recent studies have shown that,in contrast to the previous view that only adaptive immunity has immune memory,the innate immune system also has an innate immune memory,called"trained immunity".Bone marrow progenitor cells and peripheralmature innate immune cells can be stimulated by a variety of endogenous or exogenous stimuli to trigger sustained,mostly epigenetically mediated changes that increase the responsiveness of the innate immune system to restimulation.Neutrophils are an important component of the innate immune system and can be induced to train immune properties and play complex roles in tissue homeostasis,regeneration,and chronic inflammation.This article reviews the mechanism of central and peripheral innate immune memory as well as their characteristics and role in disease.
