摘要
微血管侵犯(microvascular invasion,MVI)是肝细胞癌患者根治术后近期复发和转移的重要危险因素,诊断MVI的金标准是术后病理学检查.建立术前无创评估MVI的方法,可以指导肝细胞癌患者术前治疗决策和确定手术方式,从而改善患者生存.本文针对术前计算机断层扫描影像预测肝细胞癌MVI的研究进展进行梳理,以期对肝细胞癌的临床治疗决策提供帮助.
Abstract
Microvascular invasion(MVI)is an important risk factor for recent recurrence and metastasis after radical surgery in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients,and the gold standard for diagnosing MVI is postoperative pathologic examination.The establishment of a preoperative noninvasive assessment of MVI can guide preoperative treatment decisions and determine the surgical approach in patients with HCC,thereby improving patient survival.In this article,we summarize the research progress of preoperative computed tomography imaging for predicting MVI in HCC,with the aim of helping optimize clinical decisions for HCC treatment.
