摘要
乳腺癌已成为全球第一大癌症,发病呈年轻化、病死率高的趋势.乳腺癌的治疗属于个体化治疗,化学治疗(简称化疗)、放射治疗(简称放疗)都会对心血管产生一定程度的损伤,甚至出现心律失常、心肌炎、心肌梗死等并发症,严重影响患者后续生存.随着肿瘤心脏病学迅速发展,乳腺癌治疗相关的心血管毒性受到业内高度关注.因此,掌握肿瘤心脏病学对于乳腺癌治疗的有效保护至关重要.本文就乳腺癌化疗及放疗引起的相关心血管损伤研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床制定合理治疗方案、预防心血管毒性事件发生提供科学依据.
Abstract
Breast cancer has become the most common cancer worldwide with the characters of young age and high mortality.The treatment of breast cancer need individualized,and chemotherapy and radiotherapy can cause cardiovascular toxicity to a certain extent including arrhythmia,myocarditis,and myocardial infarction.With the rapid development of cardio-oncology,more and more attention has been paid to the cardiovascular health of breast cancer patients.Therefore,having knowledge of cardio-oncology is crucial for effective protection of breast canar treatment.This paper aimed to review the research progress of cardiovascular toxicity caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy in breast cancer,aiming to provide a scientific strategy for clinical formulation of rational treatment and prevention of cardiovascular toxicity events
