摘要
微小 RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类长度约为 22 个核苷酸的非编码 RNAs,在神经发育、再生和疾病中起着至关重要的作用.周围神经损伤后,许多 miRNAs会发生差异表达,这些差异表达的 miRNAs通过负向调控下游靶基因的表达,参与受损神经的修复与再生.本文就 miRNAs在周围神经再生中的调控作用进行综述,为周围神经损伤后的治疗提供潜在的策略.
Abstract
microRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of non-coding RNAs about 22 nucleotides in length that play a vital role in neural development,regeneration and disease.After peripheral nerve injury,many miRNAs are differentially expressed,and these differentially expressed miRNAs participate in neural repair and regeneration by negatively regulating the expression of downstream target genes.In this review,the role of miRNAs in peripheral nerve regeneration will be summarized,and potential strategies will be provided for the treatment of peripheral nerve injury.
