摘要

目的 利用磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)影像数据和计算机三维重建技术构建女性肛门括约肌复合体三维数字化模型并探讨其意义.方法 自2021年3月1日至2023年3月1日,应用3.0 T MRI扫描健康女性志愿者肛管,将采集的Dicom 3.0数据集导入Mimics 21.0软件中进行三维几何模型构建.结果 成功构建出肛门括约肌复合体三维几何模型,该模型仿真度高,耻骨直肠肌前侧缺损,大致呈"U"形,外括约肌后侧较肥厚,模型可任意缩放和360°旋转,便于观察理解肛门括约肌复合体的解剖形态.结论 基于肛管MRI影像数据及计算机三维重建软件可构建出肛门括约肌复合体的三维几何模型,该模型可辅助解剖教学,利于肛瘘等肛管疾病的临床诊断和评估,并为下一步力学分析提供条件.

Abstract

Objective To construct a three-dimensional digital model of the female anal sphincter complex by using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)data and rebuilding technique,and explore its significance.Methods The anal canal of healthy female volunteers was scanned using a 3.0T MRI.The acquired DICOM 3.0 data sets were imported into Mimics 21.0 software for three-dimensional geometric model construction.Results A three-dimensional geometric model of the anal sphincter complex was successfully constructed.The model exhibited high fidelity,with an anterior defect in the puborectalis muscle resembling a"U"shape,and a thickening of the external anal sphincter posteriorly.The model could be scaled and rotated 360°,facilitating the observation and understanding of the anatomical morphology of the anal sphincter complex.Conclusions A three-dimensional geometric model of the anal sphincter complex can be constructed based on anal canal MRI data and computer-aided three-dimensional reconstruction software.This model can assist in anatomical teaching,facilitate the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of anal canal diseases such as anal fistula,and provide a basis for further mechanical analysis.
