骶神经调控术治疗低位前切除综合征的研究进展

摘要
低位前切除综合征是结直肠肛门外科领域常见的疾病之一,严重影响患者术后的生活质量.其病因复杂,缺乏规范和有效的处理方案.骶神经调控术是治疗大便失禁的有效方法,在国内外受到广泛认可.目前骶神经调控术临床实践已逐渐扩展到低位前切除综合征的治疗,并取得了良好的临床疗效.本文就骶神经调控术治疗低位前切除综合征的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Low anterior resection syndrome is one of the common diseases in the field of colorectal and anal surgery,significantly affecting patients'postoperative quality of life.Its etiology is complex and lacks standardized and effective treatment plan.Sacral neuromodulation is widely recognized as an effective treatment for fecal incontinence at home and abroad.Presently,its application in low anterior resection syndrome has been investigated and has shown promising results.This article reviews the research progress of sacral neuromodulation in the treatment of low anterior resection syndrome.
