摘要

衰弱(frailty)是一种重要的老年综合征,可导致老年人发生失能、跌倒、住院和死亡等不良事件.随着老龄化人口的快速增长,衰弱正逐渐成为威胁全球老年人健康的公共卫生问题之一.近年来,人工智能技术在医学领域的应用推动了智能化、精准化和数字化医疗的快速发展.本文对人工智能技术在老年衰弱综合征的筛查和评估、寻找数字标志物、监测和预测及综合管理方面的应用现状进行探讨,分析人工智能技术在老年衰弱领域面临的潜在挑战,以期为促进人工智能在识别、预测和管理衰弱老年人的临床实践提供有力证据和决策参考.

Abstract

Frailty is an important geriatric syndrome,which can lead to adverse events such as disability,falls,hospitalization,and death in the older adults.With the rapid growth of the aging population,frailty is gradually becoming one of the public health issues threatening the health of older people worldwide.In recent years,the application of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field has promoted the rapid development of intelligent,precise,and digital healthcare.This article explores the current application status of artificial intelligence technology in screening and evaluation,digital biomarkers,monitoring and prediction,and comprehensive management of frailty syndrome in older adults,and analyzes the potential challenges faced by artificial intelligence technology in the field of frailty.In order to provide strong evidence and decision-making references for promoting the clinical practice of artificial intelligence in identifying,predicting,and managing frailty in older adults.
