The pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is complex.Early symptoms are concealed,while early diagnosis is difficult.Ajuvant therapy is prone to drug resistance,and late treatment lacks effective means,resulting in poor prognosis.Therefore,early diagnosis of ovarian cancer patients is important.Compared to traditional antibodies,nucleic acid aptamers have significant advantages and are widely used in basic research,diagnosis,and treatment of cancer.At present,multiple nucleic acid aptamers have been obtained through screening.Based on this,sensors have been designed for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.This article reviews the screening of ovarian cancer aptamers in recent years and the research and application progress of aptamer based sensors in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
