摘要

我国医疗机构适老化服务目前仍有很大的进步空间.综合分析国内外医学数据库和专业网站的相关文献与政策,结果表明,国内适老化改造侧重物理环境及就医设施,而国外注重软件建设,如增设老年医学科、多学科诊疗及专业技能培训.我国除遵循现有政策外,还应强化医护人员教育培训,提升适老化服务与老年照护能力.建议医疗机构从优化服务流程、创建便利环境、提升技术应用创新等方面加强适老化建设,以促进老年人健康管理与疾病治疗,提高医疗系统适老化质量.

Abstract

There is still a lot of room for progress in the aging service of medical institutions in China.Comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and policies from domestic and foreign medical databases and professional websites shows that domestic ageing rehabilitation focuses on the physical environment and medical facilities,while foreign countries focus on software construction,such as the addition of geriatrics departments,multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment,and professional skills training.In addition to following the existing policies,China should strengthen the education and training of medical and nursing personnel,and enhance the capacity of ageing-friendly services and care for the elderly.It is suggested that medical institutions should strengthen the construction of ageing-friendly construction in terms of optimizing the service process,creating a convenient environment,and enhancing the innovation of technology application,so as to promote the health management and disease treatment of the elderly and improve the quality of ageing-friendly medical system.
