摘要
机体对自身抗体发生免疫反应,从而导致自身组织损害所引起的疾病称为自身免疫性疾病(autoimmune disea-ses,ADs).ADs特点为复杂多变,可造成局部或多器官损害.常见病种有系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、干燥综合征、硬皮病、白塞综合征、免疫性血小板减少症、天疱疮、黏膜类天疱疮、副肿瘤性天疱疮和炎症性肠病等.口腔症状常为ADs的首发表现.本文对常见的出现口腔症状的ADs及其相应诊治策略的研究进展进行综述,进一步提高各科医生对ADs临床早期诊疗的效率.
Abstract
Autoimmune diseases(ADs)are caused by the body's immune response to its own components,resulting in tissue damage.The disease characteristics of ADs are complex and variable,and can cause local or multiple organ damage.The common diseases of ADs include systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),rheumatoid arthritis,Sjögren's syndrome,scleroderma,Behcet syndrome,primary immune thrombocytopenia,pemphigus,mucosal pemphigoid,paraneoplastic pemphigus and inflammatory bowel disease,etc.Oral symptoms are often the first manifestation of ADs.This article reviews the research progress on ADs with common oral symptoms and corresponding diagnosis and treatment strategies,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of early clinical diagnosis and treatment of ADs.
