摘要
具核梭杆菌是常见的口腔病原菌,与多种口腔疾病密切相关.近年来大量证据表明具核梭杆菌不仅是牙周致病菌与口腔感染、口腔癌有关,而且与多种全身疾病密切相关,包括消化系统疾病(结直肠癌、炎症性肠病、阑尾炎)、心血管系统疾病、免疫系统疾病(类风湿关节炎)、呼吸系统疾病、神经系统疾病(阿尔茨海默病)、妇产科疾病以及Lemierre综合征等.本文将就近年来具核梭杆菌与以上多种疾病关系的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Fusobacterium nucleatum is a common oral pathogen closely related to many oral diseases.In recent years,a large amount of evidence has shown that Fusobacterium nucleatum is not only a periodontal pathogen associated with oral infections and oral cancer,but also closely related to a variety of systemic diseases,including digestive system diseases(e.g.,colorectal cancer,inflammatory bowel disease,appendicitis),cardiovascular system diseases,immune system diseases(e.g.,rheumatoid arthritis),respiratory diseases,nervous system diseases(e.g.,Alzheimer's disease),obstetrics and and Lemierre syndrome.This article will review the recent research progress on the correlation between Fusobacterium nucleatum and the above diseases.
