鼻内镜下低温等离子下鼻甲消融术临床疗效分析

摘要
目的比较鼻内镜下低温等离子下鼻甲消融术和传统鼻内镜下鼻甲部分切除术的手术效果。方法选择慢性肥厚性鼻炎伴下鼻甲肥大患者67例，分为2组，34例行鼻内镜下低温等离子下鼻甲消融术（等离子组），33例行传统鼻内镜下下鼻甲部分切除术（传统手术组），采用t检验比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、手术依从性和随访患者手术后鼻塞改善情况。结果等离子组比传统手术组手术时长显著缩短，出血量显著减少（均P＜0.01），依从性明显升高，两组在术后疼痛程度无明显差异。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子下鼻甲消融术能显著缩短手术时间，减少出血量，缩短手术伤口恢复时间，提高患者依从性，未增加患者术后疼痛，术后疗效满意。
Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare the surgical results of low-temperature plasma inferior turbinate coblation(IT-PITC)and traditional partial inferior turbinectomy(TPIT) with nasal endoscope.Methods67 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and inferior turbinate hypertrophy were enrolled. 34 of them received ITPITC and 33 received TPIT. The surgery time,intraoperative blood loss,surgical com-pliance,postoperative rhindeisis improvement in follow-up was compared with T-test.ResultsCompared with TPIT, the surgery time of ITPITC was significantly shortened and the blood loss was significantly reduced(P<0.01 for both). The compliance increased significantly. No obvious difference was found between two groups in postoperative degree of pain. ConclusionITPITC with nasal endoscope can significant-ly shorten the surgery time,reduce blood loss,shorten the recovery time of surgical wounds and improve patient compli-ance,without adding postoperative pain to patients. The post-operative curative effect is satisfying.
