甲状腺乳头状癌颈侧区淋巴结的清扫方式近年来仍有争议,在这篇综述中,综合近几年内关于颈侧区淋巴结清扫的研究,具体介绍颈侧淋巴结分区、手术清扫范围的选择、是否需要行预防性手术,肌间隙淋巴结定义及其清扫适应症等方面展开论述.
