摘要

咽瘘为全喉切除术后最易出现的并发症之一,其不仅影响伤口愈合且需长期换药,延长住院时间,关键是对患者及家属的身心造成巨大的影响,故本文对国内外全喉切除术后咽瘘形成的相关因素进行论述,为预防咽瘘提供依据,提高全喉术后患者的生活质量.
