阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的临床效果及安全性分析

摘要
目的 分析儿童急性扁桃体炎病情治疗阶段,为了保证临床疗效与治疗安全性,使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾的价值.方法 样本收录时间为2021年7月到2022年7月共计收录该时段内本院收治的98例儿童急性扁桃体患儿,随机分为对照组、干预组;评价阿莫西林克拉维酸钾药物的临床治疗效果.结果 干预组疗效有着显著的提升表现(P＜0.05);干预组不良反应发生率有着显著的降低表现(P＜0.05);干预组患儿临床症状消退时间明显缩短,使得人体住院治疗时间也相应缩短.(P＜0.05),干预组患儿GQOL-74评价分值有着显著的提升表现(P＜0.05).结论 本次医学研究结果数据分析有效证实,儿童急性扁桃体炎病情紧急干预阶段,选择阿莫西林克拉维酸钾能进一步促进化生理症状改善,缩短症状消失时间,进一步提升临床治疗阶段的安全性,使得患儿生活质量有效改善.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the treatment stage of acute tonsillitis in children,in order to ensure the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment,the value of using amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium.Methods The sample input time was from July 2021 to July 2022.A total of 98 children with acute tonsils who were admitted to our hospital during this period were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group;the amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium drug was evaluated.clinical treatment effect.Results The curative effect of the intervention group was significantly improved(P＜0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly decreased(P＜0.05);the clinical symptom subsidence time of the children in the intervention group was significantly shortened,and the hospitalization time of the human body was shortened accordingly..(P＜0.05),the GQOL-74 evaluation scores of the children in the intervention group were significantly improved(P＜0.05);Conclusion The data analysis of the results of this medical study effectively confirmed that in the emergency intervention stage of acute tonsillitis in children,the choice of amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium can further promote the improvement of chemical and physiological symptoms,shorten the time of symptom disappearance,and further improve the clinical treatment stage.Safety,and effectively improve the quality of life of children.
