阿奇霉素联合布地奈德喷鼻治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术后疗效

摘要
目的 探析在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者术后实施布地奈德喷鼻治疗的同时联合实施阿奇霉素的疗效.方法 对我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者予以选取,纳入时间起始于2020.3,终止于2022.3,样本共计120例,用盲选抽签法进行分组处理,参照组(60例)提供布地奈德喷鼻治疗,研究组(60例)基于参照组予以本组所纳入对象布地奈德喷鼻治疗联合阿奇霉素治疗,观察和比较组间治疗效果、治疗前后血清炎症因子水平、嗜酸性粒细胞水平.结果 研究组的治疗有效率(96.67％)相比参照组(86.67％)要高(P＜0.05).组间治疗前血清炎症因子水平相近(P＞0.05),治疗后,研究组的IL-8(16.34±4.72)ng/L、CRP水平(3.15±0.49)mg/L均比参照组要低(P＜0.05).治疗前组间嗜酸性粒细胞水平相近(P＞0.05),研究组治疗后1个月(9.85±3.31)0.25mm2/个、3个月嗜酸性粒细胞水平(5.17±1.69)0.25mm2/个均比参照组要低(P＜0.05).结论 在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者术后联合实施布地奈德喷鼻治疗与阿奇霉素治疗的效果确切,可降低嗜酸性粒细胞水平,有较高临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effect of budesonide nasal spray therapy in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods The patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected and ended in 2020.3 from 2022.3.A total of 120 patients were grouped and treated by blind lottery.In the reference group(60 cases),the study group(60 cases)provided serum inflammation level and eosinophils level before and after treatment.Results The study group was more effective(96.67％)than the reference group(86.67％)(P＜0.05).The serum levels of inflammatory factors were similar before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the IL-8(16.34±4.72)ng/L and CRP levels(3.15±0.49)mg/L were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Eosinophil levels were similar before treatment(P＞0.05),and the study group(9.85±3.31)0.25mm2/and 3 months(5.17±1.69)0.25mm2/were lower than the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide nasal spray treatment and azithromycin treatment in patients with chronic sinusitis nasal polyps can reduce eosinophils and has high clinical application value.
