倍他司汀、甲钴胺联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗中老年突发性耳聋的临床观察

摘要
目的 探究倍他司汀、甲钴胺联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗中老年突发性耳聋的临床疗效.方法 对2021年3月1日至2021年08月31日就诊于本院耳鼻咽喉科的50例中老年突发性耳聋患者进行回顾研究,将采用倍他司汀+甲钴胺+静脉用地塞米松的25例患者设为对照组,将采用倍他司汀+甲钴胺+鼓室注射地塞米松的25例患者设为研究组.对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率以及治疗前后的纯音听阈值.结果 就总有效率而言,研究组(96％)比对照组(72％)高;就并发症发生率而言,研究组(0％)比对照组(20％)低,统计学对比有差异(P＜0.05).比较治疗前两组的纯音听阈值,统计学对比无差异(P＞0.05);治疗后再次对比,研究组的纯音听阈值比对照组低,统计学对比有差异(P＜0.05).结论 倍他司汀、甲钴胺联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗中老年突发性耳聋疗效和安全性均十分显著,可有效改善患者的听力状况.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of betahistine,mecobalamin combined with tympanic injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with sudden deafness.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 50 middle-aged and elderly patients with sudden deafness who were treated in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from March 1,2021 to August 31,2021.Twenty-five patients with dexamethasone were set as the control group,and 25 patients with betahistine+mecobalamin+tympanic injection of dexamethasone were set as the research group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications,and pure-tone hearing threshold before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications,and air conduction hearing threshold before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of total effective rate,the study group(96％)was higher than the control group(72％);in terms of complication rate,the study group(0％)was lower than the control group(20％),statistical comparison There are differences(P＜0.05).Before treatment,the air conduction hearing threshold of the two groups was compared,and there was no statistical difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of betahistine,mecobalamin combined with tympanic injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly sudden deafness are very significant,and it can effectively improve the hearing condition of patients.
