鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床分析

摘要
目的 探究分析在慢性鼻窦炎患者临床治疗中应用鼻内镜手术的效果.方法 选取2020年07月-2022年03月涟水县人民医院诊治慢性鼻窦炎患者80例,依据随机数字表法进行分组,其中对照组(n=40)予常规药物治疗,研究组(a=40)则接受鼻内镜手术治疗,对两组患者治疗效果、并发症现象进行观察记录,并采用嗅觉功能测试量表(CC-CRC)与慢性鼻鼻窦炎生活质量量表(SNOT-20)评价患者治疗前后的嗅觉功能与生活质量,最后对患者为期3个月的随访工作,统计其疾病复发情况.结果 研究组总体治疗有效率为97.50％,高于对照组75.00％,P＜0.05;研究组并发症发生率为7.50％,低于对照组30.00％,P＜0.05;研究组治疗后CC-CRC评分为(6.91±0.73)分,高于对照组,而其SNOT-20评分为(10.27±1.48)分,则低于对照组P＜0.05;研究组疾病复发率为2.50％,低于对照组20.00％,P＜0.05.结论 对于慢性鼻窦炎患者的治疗,临床采取鼻内镜手术治疗可获得较好疗效,可显著改善患者嗅觉功能,且并发症与疾病复发率均较低,利于患者预后生活质量的提升,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of applying nasal endoscopic surgery in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 80 cases of chronic sinusitis patients were admitted to Lianshui County People's Hospital from July 2020 to March 2022,Grouping according to the random number table method,The control group(n=40)was treated with conventional medication,The study group(n=40)underwent nasal endoscopic surgery,The treatment effect and complications of both groups were observed and recorded,The olfactory function test scale(CC-CRC)and the chronic sinusitis quality of life scale(SNOT-20)were used to evaluate the olfactory function and quality of life before and after treatment,Finally,the patient was follow-up for 3 months,Statistics of the disease recurrence situation.Results The overall treatment response rate was 97.50％,75.00％,P＜0.05,7.50％,30.00％,P＜0.05,CC-CRC(0.91±0.73),SNOT-20(10.1.27),P＜0.05,2.50％,20.00％,P＜0.05.Conclusion For the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis,clinical nasal endoscopic surgery can achieve better curative effect,significantly improve their olfactory function,and the complications and disease recurrence rate are low,which is conducive to the improvement of the prognosis and life quality of patients,which is worth promoting.
