低剂量氦氖激光对口腔癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎疗效及安全性分析

摘要
目的 探析口腔癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎采取低剂量氦氖激光诊疗的临床效果及运用安全性.方法 选取时间段2019年9月至2021年9月于本院就诊的口腔癌放射性口腔黏膜炎患者研究,统计128例,以奇偶法原则分组,分为2组,一组对照组(n=64),一组研究组(n=64),对照组采取假治疗,研究组采取低剂量氦氖激光疗法,比较两组疗效.结果 ①有效率:研究组有效率高于对照组P＜0.05;②疼痛评分:研究组诊疗后7d、14d、21dVAS评分较对照组低P＜0.05;③不良反应:研究组不良反应率与对照组比无较大差异P＞0.05;④预后水平:相较于对照组,研究组口腔黏膜炎愈合速率明显较高P＜0.05;⑤睡眠质量:研究组睡眠质量因子评分均低于对照组P＜0.05.结论 口腔癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎采取低剂量氦氖激光诊疗效果可观,有益于减轻黏膜炎严重程度,促进炎症愈合,且降低疼痛感,不良反应少,具较高的运用安全性.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of low-dose helium-neon laser diagnosis and treatment of radiation oral mucositis in patients with oral cancer.Methods A study of patients with oral cancer radiation oral mucositis in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 was selected.128 cases were counted.They were divided into 2 groups and a control group(n=64),a study group(n=64),the control group took sham treatment,and the study group took low-dose helium-neon laser therapy to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results ①Effective rate:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05;②Pain score:The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 7d,14d,and 21d after diagnosis and treatment,P＜0.05;③Adverse reactions:the adverse reaction rate of the study group There was no significant difference between the control group,P＞0.05;④Prognosis level:Compared with the control group,the healing rate of oral mucositis in the study group was significantly higher P＜0.05;⑤Sleep quality:The sleep quality factor scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group P＜0.05.Conclusion Low-dose helium-neon laser diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer patients with radiation-induced oral mucositis is effective.It is beneficial to reduce the severity of mucositis,promote inflammation healing,reduce pain,and have fewer adverse reactions.It has high application safety.
