目的 评估Earwell耳廓畸形矫正器无创矫正先天性耳廓形态畸形的有效性和安全性.方法 收集2021年3月—2021年12月在我院耳鼻咽喉科门诊应用Earwell耳廓畸形矫正器无创矫正先天性耳廓形态畸形的临床资料,共17例29耳,其中男性8例,女性9例,双耳12例,单耳5例,正确安置Earwell耳廓畸形矫正器后,每日正确佩戴,每周复查一次,随访3个月,观察矫正效果、矫正时间、并发症发生率及复发率.结果 17例29耳先天性耳廓形态畸形患儿均接受了完整的治疗方案,其中1例为Ⅰ°耳廓结构畸形,总成功率为100％,满意度100％(93.1％非常满意).仅1例(2耳)患儿发生轻度湿疹.结论 本研究表明Earwell耳廓畸形矫正器对先天性耳廓形态畸形具有较好的有效性和安全性.出生后越早矫正效果越好,同时尽早矫正可缩短矫正时间,防止并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of of the Earwell auricle deformity corrector for non-invasive correction of congenital auricle deformity.Methods To analyze the clinical data of non-invasive correction of congenital auricle deformity with Earwell auricular deformity corrector in the otolaryngology outpatient department of hospital from March 2021 to December 2021.There were 17 cases of 29 ears,including 8 males,9 females,12 binaural cases and 5 monaural cases.After the correct placement of the Earwell auricle deformity corrector,it was properly worn every day and reviewed once a week for 3 months.To observe the effect of correction,the time of correction,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.Results 17 children with 29 ears congenital auricle deformity received a complete treatment plan,100％success rate,including 1 child with 1° auricular structural deformity,satisfaction 100％(93.1％very satisfied).Only 1 patient(2 ears)developed mild eczema.Conclusion This study shows that the Earwell auricle deformity corrector has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of congenital auricle deformities.The earlier the correction after birth,the better the effect.At the same time,early correction can shorten the correction time and prevent the occurrence of complications.
