摘要
目的 探究高频超声在诊断鼻骨骨折及引导闭合复位的临床应用.方法 研究对象抽取本院科室于近年来收诊的拟诊为鼻骨骨折病患,对总80例予以分组.对照组采用高分辨率CT检查和常规治疗,观察组采用高频超声诊断和超声复位,对两组各临床观测的引导闭合复位效果和检查结果的敏感度及特异度所得数值展开对比.结果 观察组检查结果的敏感度及特异度高于对照组,且观察组患者的引导闭合复位效果显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采用高频超声诊断鼻骨骨折患者不仅能提高诊断的准确率还能提高闭合复位的效果,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of nasal bone fractures and guided closed reduction.Methods The subjects of the study were selected patients who were diagnosed as nasal bone fractures in the department of our hospital in recent years,and a total of 80 cases were divided into groups.The control group was treated with high-resolution CT examination and routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound reduction.Results The sensitivity and specificity of the examination results in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the guided closed reduction effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of nasal bone fractures can not only improve the accuracy of diagnosis,but also improve the effect of closed reduction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
