鼓膜按摩联合鼻负压置换疗法治疗儿童慢性分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的 观察慢性分泌性中耳炎患儿应用鼓膜按摩联合鼻负压置换疗法治疗的临床疗效.方法 将我院收治的92例慢性分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分成对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组患儿予以鼓膜按摩治疗,观察组患儿予以鼓膜按摩联合鼻负压置换疗法治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前后平均气骨导差、平均气导听阀、A/N比值的变化,统计两组患儿的临床疗效.结果 治疗后,两组患儿的平均气骨导差、平均气导听阀、A/N比值均较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),且观察组的平均气骨导差、平均气导听阀、A/N比值均低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.65％,明显高于对照组的78.26％(P＜0.05).结论 慢性分泌性中耳炎患儿应用鼓膜按摩联合鼻负压置换疗法治疗,可显著提高临床治疗效果,促进患儿听力的恢复.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tympanic membrane massage combined with nasal negative pressure replacement therapy in children with chronic secretory otitis media.Methods A total of 92 children with chronic secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The children in the control group were treated with tympanic membrane massage,and the children in the observation group were treated with tympanic membrane massage combined with nasal negative pressure replacement therapy.The changes of average air-bone conductance difference,average air-conduction threshold and A/N ratio of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was calculated.Results After treatment,the average air-bone conductance difference,average air-conduction threshold and A/N ratio of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the average air-bone conductance difference,average air-conduction threshold and A/N ratio of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65％,which was significantly higher than 78.26％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of tympanic membrane massage combined with nasal negative pressure replacement therapy in children with chronic secretory otitis media can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect and promote the hearing recovery of children with chronic secretory otitis media.
